Body Prajna combines bodywork with somatic psychology, breathwork and visualization. A session may include both therapeutic bodywork and dialogue. Lara listens intently to the body's signals and gently manipulates the muscle tissue, incorporating myofascial unwinding, Thailand style massage, gentle stretching and energy work. Lara works with the body to release the deep underlying emotional patterns that cause pain, allowing for profound, transformative release.

This work is effective for people who:

  • wish to relieve chronic pain symptoms
  • crave a hands-on component in addition to other forms of therapy
  • are experiencing major life transition
  • have experienced recent grief or loss
  • feel “stuck”

Fees and Policies

Body Prajna Integrated Bodywork: In order to work most effectively 90 minute sessions are encouraged. Discounts for multiple-session packages when paid in advance.

1 90-minute session: $150
Package of 3 90-minute sessions: $400 (discounted $50)

1 60 minute session: $100
Package of 3 60-minute sessions: $270 (discounted $30)

  • Payment: The client is responsible for payment of all fees. Fees are due at the end of each session, payable by cash, check, money order, or pre-paid paypal. To pre-pay for services, enter the amount you would like to pay and click "Pay via Paypal"
  • Insurance: A receipt can be provided that may allow for reimbursement by an insurance company.
  • Cancellation/lateness policy: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment, otherwise the full fee for the session is due. The client is responsible for keeping appointments and arriving on time. Session time will not be extended due to late arrival.
