About Lara

Lara Triback M.Ed., LMT, is a licensed massage therapist and movement educator. Since 1997 Lara has developed a unique approach to client-centered care, body awareness and movement education.

Lara guides clients to make connections between chronic muscular pain and the underlying emotions stored in the body. Individual communication and learning styles are effectively addressed. Clients are gently encouraged to recognize the profound potential for change that springs from awareness of the present moment.

Lara has advanced degrees and licenses in education and bodywork with trainings in movement therapies, bodywork modalities and integrative alternative health practices.
